Because I'm used to too big portions of food.. Some people call it "normal" ..
I have to slowly get used to less food.
Tomorrow I'll eat this:
morning: 1 slice of bread with a special cheese called 'Slankie'. I guess it's 100 kcal.
snack: 1/2 apple 30 kcal
lunch: 1 slice of bread with something idk, guessing it'll be 150 kcal
snack: slice of 'ontbijtkoek', translated at the internet as "gingerbread" it's 76 but I'll make it 90 kcal.
If you count more calories in products, you can only eat less than you otherwise would, so that's a good thing.
Example: apple not 40 kcal but 60 kcal.
Well, I have school all day and after that I have to work.. Before work I'll drink a cup of tea.
I'll write my parents a note not to make me diner. "I'll eat before work or something."
Pleeease wish me luck, because I'm just starting reducing my amount of calories..
So no diner at all will be dificult.
Btw, I will quit eating bread as fast as I can. I had a period of months without bread.
But I started (was forced) eating it again.. But I'll stop eating after tomorrow.
Stay strong, and starve on my dears..
I'm really looking forward to lose those pounds again!
