Vandaag vreetbuien gehad.. Word er moe van!
Maar met avondeten boos van tafel gelopen, dus dat scheelt weer calorieen. :)
 
Morgen maar weer drink-diëten...

heerlijk dagje. En die chips schrappen we snelll na vandaag!
Hopelijk gaat het morgen ook zo. Niks eten voelt goed.
Hopelijk komt er ook snel weer meer zon, dan is het niet zo koud.

Ik heb de afgelopen dagen echt maar 2 hapjes avond eten gegeeten! :D  Ik ben zooo blij..
En overdag ook haast niks. Aan de groene thee!
Oooohww.. Ik zit echt in de vibe. Want to be honest, de afgelopen tijd faalde ik zo dat ik opgaf.
Ik weeg echt veeel te veel. Je zou eerder denken dat ik vreetbuien heb, dan dat ik wil afvallen..
Ik kan het niet vertellen, zo veel. Sorrry...
Maar ik ga dit volhouden! De cijfers op de weegschaal en calorieen zullen weer tellen!
 
ILOVEIT. ik heb nu zo'n heerlijk lege buik, eindelijk controle. Normaal zat ik nu allang met mijn dikke reet in de voorraadkast.

Because I'm used to too big portions of food.. Some people call it "normal" ..
I have to slowly get used to less food.
Tomorrow I'll eat this:
 
morning: 1 slice of bread with a special cheese called 'Slankie'. I guess it's 100 kcal.
snack: 1/2 apple   30 kcal
lunch: 1 slice of bread  with something idk, guessing it'll be  150 kcal
snack: slice of 'ontbijtkoek', translated at the internet as "gingerbread"  it's 76 but I'll make it 90 kcal.
 
If you count more calories in products, you can only eat less than you otherwise would, so that's a good thing.
Example: apple not 40 kcal but 60 kcal.
 
Well, I have school all day and after that I have to work.. Before work I'll drink a cup of tea.
I'll write my parents a note not to make me diner. "I'll eat before work or something."
 
Pleeease wish me luck, because I'm just starting reducing my amount of calories..
So no diner at all will be dificult.
Btw, I will quit eating bread as fast as I can. I had a period of months without bread.
But I started (was forced) eating it again.. But I'll stop eating after tomorrow.

Mary Kate Olsen. She's just an awesome girl. She is my inspiration! And from now on, I'll be like her.
 
 
To many times I failed, but right now so much things work out for me. I get good grades, I work alot, and I just don't want to eat. My big problem is I do, even when at that very moment I'm thinking: no! why?! don't do that! ... So I should just not eat. But it's easy to say. I'm going to write down everything I can eat over the day, at which time and I'll punish myself for eating to much. From now on I'll commit to myself and I'll not purge anymore food. I want bones, and I'm going to get them the right way: not eating.
I hope you'll support me, & I hope you'll do better than me at the moment. But I'll be better!

Hey,
Ik begin deze blog net. Ik ben al langer bezig met afvallen. Ik ben alleen steeds teruggevallen, en was een totale mislukking met te weinig doorzettingsvermogen. Met dit puntje hoop ik mijzelf controle te geven, en misschien wel steun te vinden.
 
Ik zal binnenkort weer wat laten horen,
